Methodology

Our professional practice has its roots in analysis and exploration. We enthusiastically welcome the challenges of a wide range of projects, drawing on our skills and versatility to generate long-lasting and relevant design results that bring value to clients and users. Ours is a collaborative and choral method, generated by a constant process of comparison.

Architecture

The art of architectural design comes to life from dreams, intuition, and the desire to create a new environment full of humanity.

The idea arises from the perception of space, with a continuous feedback process to and from the client, to which the needs of the market are subsequently intertwined.

It’s not just about shaping a new building from a blank sheet, but also about preserving and upgrading existing structures.

Our commitment to environmental protection is reflected in our preference for construction methods that consider, from the earliest stages, the possibility of a new lifecycle for buildings, the creation of truly sustainable work patterns.

Interior design

Interior design is carefully curated in every detail, from the choice of colors, materials, and finishes, to the study of natural light and acoustic performance.

Human-scaled, welcoming spaces make the environment truly a reflection of those who inhabit it. The synergistic dialogue established with the client allows us to find unique and tailor-made solutions, designed and drawn based on specific requests.

We follow the project in all phases of development, our attention also extends to the careful selection of suppliers, the use of recycled and traceable materials, and the coordination of various consultations and technical skills.

Workplace

Our methodology for designing office spaces arises from an integrated approach we call EDE – Employee Design Experience: a synergistic journey based on the integration of three phases – Organizational Assessment, Workplace Strategy & Integrated Design, and Change Management.

In the design of office spaces, it becomes crucial to understand organizations in their entirety and complexity through the participatory involvement of employees to create an environment that reflects both the company’s vision and values, as well as the real and daily needs.

The office transforms into a place that promotes the well-being of the people who inhabit it, characterized by innovation, sustainability, and a modular and reconfigurable design, associated with smart technology capable of adapting to different contexts. In times of significant changes, organizations must necessarily adapt to remain competitive, and Change Management represents the main tool for sharing the change with the people involved.
