Deruta 19

Deruta 19 is an asset by INVESCO Real Estate, consisting of two twin buildings intended for mono or multi-tenant office use, which will be completed in Category A standard. The ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) policy promoted by Invesco and COIMA Image has led to the attainment of sustainability certifications, including WIRED SCORE Silver, LEED Gold, and WELL Gold. The landscape of the entire lot has been completely redesigned, reimagining the outdoor space and common areas on the ground floor with the idea of connecting and opening them to each other. The project involves a complete restyling of the building, both from an architectural language and performance perspective. The new facade is made of high-performance glass elements and features metal pilasters at the vertical mullions, giving it a distinctive character and enhancing the perspective of the new rooftop terraces, which are shielded but open to the city.
