Open Fiber’s New Offices in Milan

The project for Open Fiber’s new offices in Milan is a model of sustainable renovation, guided by the principles of circular economy and responsible resource management.

Developed across three floors of the Deutsche Bank building in Piazza del Calendario, the project stands out for its conscious reuse of existing furniture and materials, significantly reducing environmental impact without compromising on quality or functionality.

Designed by COIMA Image and delivered in collaboration with Coiver Group, the renovation was completed in just three months thanks to efficient project management and precise planning—resulting in a dynamic, modern workspace tailored to the client’s needs.

The layout was conceived to offer maximum flexibility: open spaces are balanced with enclosed offices to ensure both comfort and privacy, while dedicated collaboration areas encourage teamwork and exchange. High-performance materials and finishes were selected with particular attention to acoustic comfort and overall employee well-being.

A project that blends aesthetics, functionality, and environmental responsibility—setting a new benchmark for contemporary workspaces.
