The Urban Villas project was born from the developer’s request to transform residences conceived on a large scale and left unfinished, into small prestigious residential units. A design challenge in line with market demands that prefer small turnkey type cuts. Neutral colors, wooden coverings, lightweight and flexible furnishings also characterize the large furnished terraces.
