Torre Velasca, one of Milan’s most iconic architectural landmarks, is now home to FTI Consulting’s Milan office. The new spaces are shaped by a dialogue with this legacy: every design decision reinterprets the building’s strong architectural character through a contemporary lens.

COIMA Image, in collaboration with Biesse, approached the project in full respect of the building’s spatial philosophy – white walls, rubber flooring, mahogany window reveals – integrating it with bronze finishes and bespoke furnishings that draw from the tower’s original palette and materiality, brought into the present.

The result is a workplace that carries the identity of the building forward, translated into a dimension of contemporary wellbeing and functionality.
