The Milan office of Deerns Italia, located within the Monte Rosa 91 complex, has achieved LEED Platinum® certification — a recognition that rewards an integrated approach to sustainability, occupant wellbeing and the overall quality of the working environment.

COIMA Image led the fit-out design and archigraphics system, shaping the visual identity and spatial flow of the interiors through a concept centred on the everyday experience of the people who inhabit them.

The entrance is conceived as an open, unstructured space, where collaborative areas and a green island featuring a heritage wall come together to create a contemporary welcome experience. The graphic works of illustrator Carlo Stanga animate the interior walls, becoming the artistic heart of a system of functions designed to work in synergy.
