Alpitour World HQ

The new offices of Alpitour World, located in the heart of Porta Nuova within Pirelli 35, resulted from a desire to redefine the workplace as an identity-shaping and narrative experience.

The project, designed by COIMA Image, spans three levels and over 3,000 square meters, where the theme of travel guides every choice—pathways, materials, experiences—in a sequence of distinct yet cohesive spaces.

Carpet and wood define an enveloping material language in the collaborative spaces, while the work areas adopt a refined neutrality, fostering concentration. The integration of acoustic baffles and wave-shaped surfaces in the enclosed rooms, originally characterized by open ceilings, combines visual character with acoustic comfort.

Custom-made furniture, a natural color palette, and over 65% of energy needs covered by renewable sources complete a project in which sustainability and brand identity find mutual synthesis.
