COIMA Image, in collaboration with Studio Transit, has managed the entire redevelopment of EUR Center 23-31 in Rome. The intervention stands as the first example for the city of a double-skin facade implementation. This is an example of technological sustainability and energy saving. The plant and space planning solutions meet the flexibility needs of a multi-tenant building where a double entrance hall has been planned. Each atrium gives access to two large central patios that help generate natural light at various levels, while “solar tube” technology allows the maintenance of vertical green installations on the walls. A generous intervention that has supported quality and environmental ethics.
