The new office spaces for HabiSmart – the acceleration program aimed at the most innovative start-ups in the proptech and smart buildings sector, part of the CDP National Accelerators Network – have been designed according to wellness principles and in line with the circular economy.

We have sought out and established partnerships with design companies with whom we share a vision and values.

The chosen products are characterized by attention to lighting comfort, environment sanitization, acoustics, ergonomics, and biophilia.
