The new Russell Reynolds Associates offices in Milan represent a refined architectural renovation aimed at enhancing the iconic identity of Torre Velasca, a true landmark of modern Milanese architecture.

Located on the 11th floor and covering approximately 600 square meters, the office layout was tailored to meet the operational and brand needs of the client, offering a contemporary reinterpretation of the tower’s original style and spatial logic. Respecting the rational principles conceived by BBPR, the configuration features a dynamic mix of private offices, open-plan workstations, meeting rooms, phone booths, and a break area with a breathtaking 360° panoramic view—designed to provide a unique and inspiring workplace experience.

While preserving the historical character of this 1950s building, the offices incorporate cutting-edge technologies and adhere to the highest standards of environmental sustainability. The interior design revives key elements of Milanese tradition, embracing the tactile nature of materials and colors, and reintroducing them through a contemporary lens that blends innovation with heritage.
